Traning Workshop for International Conferences - for APG/WRC-

8 - 9 March 2018, Perth, Australia 

The Asia-Pacific Telecommunity (APT) organized the Training Workshop for International Conferences - for APG / WRC – (TWIC (APG / WRC) from 8 to 9 March 2018 in Perth, Australia. The training workshop was supported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC), Japan with collaboration of the Australian Government. The training workshop was followed by the 3rd Meeting of the APT Conference Preparatory Group for WRC-19 (APG19-3) to be held from 12 to 16 March 2018 at the same venue. 

This training workshop was an activity under Capacity Building Programme of the APT, which aims to enable new participants to APT Conference Preparatory Group for WRC (APG) / World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC) to understand the preparation process for APG / WRC including how to make proposals and to negotiate with others, etc. It will thus provide opportunities for participants to build their confidence in participating in APG / WRC and enjoy being part of the decision-making process. Participation:
Participation at the traning workshop is strictly limited to APT memberships. Number of participants will be limited to 40-50 only. Non-mebers will not be allowed to attend this tranign workshop.
