All APT members enjoy the privilege of participating in all the seminars, meetings, workshops and training courses organized by the APT.
APT provides fellowships to each representative from developing member countries participating in APT meetings and training courses. Fellowship covers roundtrip air tickets, hotel accommodation and pocket allowances.
Members can also join HRD programmes for Exchange of ICT Researchers and Engineers which is aimed at developing R&D activities in the field of ICT, as well as ICT pilot projects to promote and develop ICT and Broadband in rural areas.

All members are provided with free publications including reports of meetings, seminar, etc., APT yearbook, and newsletter.
