The Third APT Preparatory Meeting for WTSA-2008 (WTSA2008-3) was held from 17 to 19 September 2008 in Hanoi, Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The meeting was supported by the Government of Australia and hosted by Ministry of Information and Communications, Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The objective of the Third APT Preparatory Meeting for WTSA-2008 was to review the APT Common Proposals (ACPs) / APT Joint Proposals (AJPs) and common positions and discuss for strategic approach that would have a greater chance of success at the WTSA-2008 through the support of APT members.
