The Second APT Preparatory Meeting for WTSA-2008 was held from 12 to 14 June 2008 in Kobe, Japan. The meeting was organized by the Asia-Pacific Telecommunity and hosted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, Japan. The objectives of the Second APT Preparatory Meeting for WTSA-2008 is to develop Preliminary APT Common Proposal (PACPs)/ Preliminary APT Joint Proposals (PAJPs) and positions that have a greater chance of success at the WTSA-2008 through the support of a number of APT members.
