The 14th Session of the General Assembly of the APT (GA-14) was held from 15 to 17 November 2017 and 19 to 22 November 2017 in Bangkok, Thailand. The event was hosted by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (MDES), Thailand.

GA-14 re-elected Ms. Areewan Haorangsi as the Secretary General of the APT and Mr. Masnori Kondo as Deputy Secretary General of the APT for the term 2018-2021.

GA-14 approved  the Strategic Plan of the APT for the period 2018-2020, the Basis for the Annual Budget of the Telecommunity and determination of limits of Annual Expenditure for the Year 2018-2020 and Pledged Contributions for the Year 2018-2020. GA-14 also revised Rules of Procedure of the GA.
